Clarice Micallef Cilia

Clarice Micallef Cilia is a dedicated podiatrist with extensive experience in geriatric foot care, wound management, and public health. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Podiatry and an M.Sc. in Public Health from the University of Malta. Her research interests focus on diabetic foot care, vascular assessments, and infection control, as reflected in her academic thesis and publications on foot-care practices. With a career spanning roles in hospitals and home-based services, she has contributed significantly to podiatric practice, including her involvement in wound management committees and as a dissertation supervisor. Clarice has also played a vital role in health communication,previously serving as the Public Relations Officer for the Association of Podiatrists of Malta. She remains actively engaged in continuous professional development, attending and presenting at various conferences and seminars.
