Dr. Martin Zammit

Dr. Zammit has a wide portfolio of teaching expertise in management at all levels of Higher Education. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Warwick, UK.  His research interests are broad and interdisciplinary.  Prior to joining academia, he held senior management positions in telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and electricity supply.  Dr. Zammit has been involved in international consultancy projects where he acted as a catalyst in the development of enterprise and the transformation of organisations.  With a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation, he thrives in solving practical problems, and provides impactful solutions. His role as an educator enables Dr. Zammit to promote a student-centred learning environment encouraging self-sufficient learners.  His teaching philosophy is to create an inspirational, engaging, and inclusive environment for students’ learning, and to offer students industry-ready knowledge and skills to bring positive change to their workplace.
