Miraide Gatt is the Executive Director of Domain Academy.
Just after graduating from her post-secondary education, Miraide joined the civil services as PA to one of the sectional managers. In 1995 she co-founded Computer Domain which was considered a catalyst for ICT training in Malta. Throughout the past years, Computer Domain evolved into a group of companies under the name of Domain Group which also included Domain Academy. In 2008, Domain Academy was instituted as a Higher Education Institution with the intent of offering Diplomas and Degree programmes in various disciplines.
Throughout all these years Miraide accumulated a wealth of knowledge and valuable experience in successfully managing this Group of companies. She is the driving force behind the Institution’s focus-oriented workforce which is aligned to the Group’s corporate values and its commitment to reach its targets and objectives. Central to Domain Academy’s objectives is that of continuing to provide new career opportunities for the students and to do so whilst assisting every student individually, commencing at registration to graduation, and beyond.
Miraide is also active in the voluntary sector and she chairs Domain’s Group Social & Corporate Responsibility committee.
Miraide holds a Degree in Strategic Management and Leadership.
