Mr. Andrew Saliba

Mr. Andrew Saliba is a Managing Director of Logic C&T Ltd, a management consultancy firm and holds a Master of Science Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University. Mr. Saliba’s work experience in logistics and supply chain spread from 1979 to 2006 with Playmobil Malta Ltd, a leading German manufacturing company based in Malta.  In 2007, Mr. Saliba moved from the manufacturing to the retail sector as a Logistics General Manager with Miller Distributors Ltd. In 2008 Mr. Saliba set-up his own company, Logic C&T Ltd  offering consultancy and training services in management principles; logistics and supply chain process re-engineering; inventory management systems; purchasing/procurement; JIT, lean implementation and warehousing including warehouse design. Mr. Saliba is a lecturer specialising in logistics and supply chain, operations, HRM, and general management principles.

Mr. Joseph Cutajar, M.Sc. Training & Human Resources Management, (Leicester), Dip Adult Training and Development, University of Malta.

Mr. Joseph Cutajar Graduated from the University of Leicester at Masters Level in Training and Human Resources Management in 2000. During these last 25 years he provided lecturing and training services for and on behalf of numerous public and private instructions and to different audiences, local and foreign. He specialises in subjects related to Management, Leadership, HRM, and Employee Training and Development amongst others. As a lecturer, he endorses the philosophy that anyone can learn if provided with the appropriate learning environment as such he continuously strives to keep up to-date with new pedagogies which are applied in the various stages of the learning intervention.

Mr. Glen Ellul obtained his Masters in Business Administration with Specialism in Finance from Heriot Watt University of Edinburgh in 2019.  Mr. Ellul is currently working as Regulatory Compliance Professional within Bank of Valletta focusing on Group Compliance MI, Reporting and Risk Management.  Prior to this role, he has held a number of managerial positions within a number of public sector entities in the areas of EU Fund Management, Operations Management, Procurement, Project Management and Regulatory Compliance.  Six (6) of these years were spent with the Regulator for Financial Services (MFSA), where he eventually ventured in the area of Regulatory Compliance.  Mr. Ellul has been lecturing at Domain Academy in Business related modules for the past four (4) years.

Konrad Cassar Naudi

Konrad has extensive international experience in Management and Leadership in different business fields such as hospitality, training and consultancy, healthcare and real estate and occupied several management positions in England, France, Switzerland, Scotland, Malta, Ireland and Sweden. He has also worked as a management and training consultant in Sweden in Management and Leadership, Marketing, Executive and Business Coaching, Mentoring and Business English with local and global clients such as Volvo Car Corporation. He also worked as a lecturer and examiner at two Swedish universities. Konrad was a member of the Industry Innovation Advisers Panel at Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland where his role was to contribute to the development of the academic business programmes at the Institute. He was also a member of the Board of Advisors at Åkroken Science Park for Entrepreneurship and Business Development in Sweden.

Konrad Cassar Naudi graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education, Montreux, Switzerland, after pursuing a Business Management Programme in hospitality and recently studied Digital Leadership from Boston University. Konrad has a permanent warrant for pedagogics from the Department of Education and the international recognised Certificate for English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from Cambridge University. Konrad is a Member of a number of international professional bodies such as the Chartered Management Institute, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Association for Coaching and the Institute of Hospitality, all based in England.

Today Konrad works as a training and management consultant at global and local companies in Malta and lectures in Business Management Programmes.

Shelaine Falzon

Shelaine is a Retail Investments Manager by profession at a local bank in Malta. Her love for giving presentations and sharing her knowledge with others has flourished after finishing her MBA with Domain Academy. She is currently a part-time lecturer at Domain Academy teaching subjects such as Business Administration and Project Management.

Maria Ferriggi

Maria Ferriggi is a CPA finance professional with over five years of experience in the auditing industry with PwC Malta whereby she mainly worked on igaming and financial services clients. For the past two years, she has been working as a finance analyst within the aviation industry in a commercial airline company with a focus on leasing and hedge accounting. Maria graduated from the University of Malta in 2015 with a Masters in Accountancy and she completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2013 with majors in Accountancy and Economics.

Melvin Mizzi

After graduating in Communication studies with honors from the University of Malta, Melvin has actively worked in a number of local organisations in both B2B and B2C sectors. He has formed part of PR, Sales, Administration and Marketing Teams. He later went on to create a marketing team for a local B2B organisation and following this managed the local arm of an international retail clothing brand. In parallel he successfully completed his Masters in Marketing from the UK. After pursuing a number of training projects he joined the Institute of Business Management and Commerce within MCAST as a full time assistant lecturer. Today he occupies the role of Senior lecturer and program Manager where, apart from lecturing duties at different levels, he manages a number of marketing and Management related programs, together with their respective module writing and development.

Dr. Stefan Buttigieg

Dr. Stefan Buttigieg obtained a Doctor of Medicine and Surgery in 2012. He is currently finalising a Masters in Health Informatics and Masters in Public Health. Furthermore, Dr Buttigieg has more than 10 years experience in WordPress, Web and Mobile Development and 5 years experience in Digital Marketing. He is also an author of two books focused on mobile development, namely ‘Arduino Android Blueprints’ and ‘Learning Node.js for Mobile Application Development’. His hobbies include travelling, skiing, reading and cycling.

Ms. Roberta Galea

Ms. Roberta Galea obtained her BSc (Business & Computing) in 1998. She also obtained her MSc in IT in 2008. Ms. Galea is currently a Senior Lecturer at the University of Malta where she has been teaching Computing and IT for the past 20 years. Her specialisations include java programming, networking and computer systems security. Her hobbies are reading and sports.

Mr. Eric Aquilina

Mr. Eric Aquilina started his career in 2005 as a Systems Administrator. Two years later he decided to further his studies and completed a BSc in Computer Science, specialising in Computer programming. Since then he has worked as a Software developer, where he currently leads a Software development team which works on systems requested by government departments. Since education is a continuous process, Mr. Aquilina lately continued his studies towards an MSc in Software Engineering which he successfully completed in 2016.

Kurt Ellul

Kurt Ellul is a Lecturer in Computer Engineering at the University of Derby, where he specialises in Advanced Object-Oriented Programming, Relational Databases, Computer Technologies, and the Internet of Things (IoT). Among his pedagogical interests are Big Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Software Engineering in Java and C#.NET, Prototyping, and Professional Practice. Kurt Ellul mentors students on their Diploma and BSC Thesis projects. Kurt was awarded a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Computer Science in 2016. He is pursuing an Advanced MSc in Computer Science and Big Data as part of his PhD stream. At Melita Ltd., Kurt is a Senior Manager – Financial |Business Reporting Analyst and Regulator Reporting.

Nicholas Xerri

Chev. Nicholas Xerri holds a  First Class BSc (Honours) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, along with numerous qualifications from Cisco, ITIL, and RedHat amongst others. Over the progress of his career, Chev. Xerri has served as a Senior Solutions Architect with the government’s IT agency and currently holds the position of Principal Systems Engineer within a leading gaming company.  He has over 10 years of experience as a tutor for multiple courses in the IT realm focusing mostly on networking and network security. In his free time, he enjoys gaming and charity work. Chev. Xerri is also a member of the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem.

Marco Borg

Marco Borg Mc Lean is a Software Engineering Manager with Alludo (Parallels). He specialises in web technology and, with more than 13 years of experience in the industry, he currently leads the web team for the Remote Application Server.

Marco graduated from Goldsmiths University of London with a Bachelor Honours degree in Creative Computing. His hobbies include playing tennis, cooking and travelling.

Eric Grech

Eric Grech has been an HND Lecturer since 2017, throughout which he has taught Quality Systems, Networking, Security and Computer Systems Architecture. He began his ICT journey in 2010 with an HND in Software Development, and in 2012 he completed a BSc in Computer Science with the University of Hertfordshire, where he focused his dissertation research on E-Learning 2.0. After receiving the BSc, Eric began his career by gaining experience in a variety of roles and responsibilities, beginning with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Project Management, Database Administration, and Training Specialist. He is currently finishing his MSc in Computer Information Systems, where he studied fintech, AI, IoT, Relational Databases, Data Science, Strategic Analysis, and Enterprise Computing.
